2. Add the item to cart
• Make sure the quantity you select reflects the number of cups you would like with the personalization entered
3. Return to the listing and repeat the previous steps until everything is added to cart
4. Return to your cart and check out

In the rare event that you receive an item with the wrong personalization or it arrived damaged please do not hesistate to message us with a photo of the item for a free replacement!

Production time: 3–5 business days.

Shipping time: typically 5–10 business days after production, depending on destination.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives with an error or defect from our side. Please confirm personalization details before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to edit details before production starts.
